Non Reseller Account & User Settings​


Account Settings

You should choose a Customer account (Non Reseller) if you require complete control over your SIMs and do not wish to give your own customers platform access. This is a good option if you do not require multiple levels of customer access and/or do not resell data packages. Typically, this type of account manages SIMs internally.

Once your account is set up, the Account Name, Billing Type, Status and Currency cannot be changed. If any adjustments need to be made, you can always reach our support team on the Support tab. All other details can be changed and updated as needed.​
