Billing Charges

The Billing Table - What does your invoice show?

Here is an example : Billing Cycle June 2022 which is Billing Month July 2022

This is the sum of the Line rentals for all SIMs active by the beginning of the new billing cycle. The charge is grouped by Product.

This is the total cost for any usage above your SIM pool capacity. The charge is grouped by Product. Regarding SIM pools see Aggregated products or Static Data pool.

This is the cost of all SIMs activated during the past billing cycle. The charge is grouped by Product.

Any SIMs activated during a billing cycle will be charged a pro-rata fee. As Line Rental is charged in advance for any SIMs active at the beginning of the billing cycle and SIMs activated after that have not been charged. The pro-rata activation fee aims to include these SIMs to the Line rental cost but in a fair way, example: If the SIM is activated at the middle of the billing cycle, it will only be charged half Line Rental. Contrary to the usual Line Rental charges that are prepaid at the beginning of the billing cycle, the pro-rata activation charges are post-paid. You can find all SIMs that have been charged for pro-rata activations in the Pro-rata report.

It may include the total cost of the SMS sent out. Depending on the product you may have a special Line Rental for SMS (separate to the data Line Rental) and an SMS pool or a per-SMS rate. In the first case, any SMS sent out that exceeds the SMS pool will be charged an SMS over cost.

Same as SMS. Depending on the product you may have a special Line Rental for voice or a per-Minute rate.

Any SIMs that have been resubscribed to a higher bundle during the current billing cycle will be able to benefit from the security of the larger pool by paying the difference between the original Line Rental and the new one.
